The closest national park to Arusha town – northern Tanzania’s
safari capital – Arusha National Park is a multi-faceted jewel,
often overlooked by safari goers, despite offering the
opportunity to explore a beguiling diversity of habitats within
a few hours.
The entrance gate leads into shadowy mountane forest inhabited by
inquisitive blue monkeys and colourful turacos and trogons – the
only place on the northern safari circuit where the acrobatic

Serengeti is the largest
of Tanzania's National Parks & covers an area of over 14,500 Sq
Km. its northern boundary abuts Kenya's Masai Mara Game Reserve.

Tarangire National Park, Tanzania
The Tarangire National
Park covers an area of 1360 Sq Km of Park - like country
scattered baobab trees alternating with open acacia woodland,
open bush, plains, swamps and rivers. The park is located 118
kms southwest of Arusha town and you will see the nomads
wandering hundreds of kilometers knowing that there is always

Ngorongoro Crater - The
Ngorongoro Conservation Area
The Ngorongoro Conservation Area
is an area of 6475 Sq Km. It
lies at the edge of the Serengeti.
The Conservation area's dual purpose is to conserve the region's
natural resources & also to safeguard the interests of the
indigenous Masai inhabitants, who reside there with their herds
of cattle. The Ngorongoro crater once volcanic is one of the
most spectacular game haunts in Africa. Entry into the crater is
by way of the Lerai Descent an extremely steep and winding road
down the slopes of the crater wall. The Caldera’s bottom is
mainly open grassy plain with alternating fresh and brackish -
water lakes, swamps and two patches of dense acacia woodlands.

Lake Manyara National Park,
